First Pilot Project Started: Practical Test of New Corrosion Protection Film from RENOLIT and WP
Worms, September 15, 2020 | The first pilot project of the two companies RENOLIT and WP Energy has started at a wind farm near to the German city of Cologne. In the beginning of September, work began on two wind turbines built by a well-known manufacturer. About 33 square meters of the new RENOLIT CP corrosion protection film for onshore wind turbines were applied to the towers of each of the two turbines.
The film is the first product of a new portfolio which RENOLIT has developed and is now being marketed in cooperation with WP Energy (a part of the WP Group).
