On our website, we offer applicants the opportunity to register, stating their personal data. Relevant personal data are your surname, first name, date of birth and your full address, your contact details, your current professional status, as well as your desired location, your availability and your career aspirations. In addition, for a successful placement, we need all the information usually found in a CV (including qualifications and knowledge) and those necessary for a successful placement. Your online application will be forwarded directly to the HR department via an encrypted connection and will of course be treated confidentially. We will only use your details to process your application and will not pass them on to third parties.

Your personal data will be deleted immediately after completion of the application process or after a maximum of 6 months, unless you have expressly given us your consent for a longer storage of your data.

For the administration of our job advertisements and the offer of a secure transfer of applicant data we use a recruitment software. In doing so, we transmit your data to a service provider within the framework of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR. The service providers are strictly following our instructions and are accordingly contractually-bound. Data will not be transmitted to third parties within the meaning of Art. 4 para. 10 of the GDPR.
