rotor blade disposal
Many first generation plants are nearing the end of their operating life. While most of the materials used in wind turbines, such as copper from the cables, steel from the towers and concrete from the foundations, have suitable disposal routes, rotor blades pose a challenge. We know how to master it.
how es work
We work together with a disposal company that processes the glass-fibre reinforced composite materials of disused rotor blades into a substitute fuel using a special process and thus disposes of them in an environmentally friendly manner. We ensure that no small parts are released into the environment when the rotor blades are dismantled and shredded on site.
